Expanding the resources available for place renewal

Our Impact Capital Academy, developed in partnership with the Impact Investing Institute, is a 12 month applied learning journey providing you and your place partners with the knowledge, practical tools and connections needed to engage purpose-driven investors in realising your local priorities.

  • The journey begins with an interactive workshop with your key stakeholders to inspire and inform about the opportunities of partnering with impact capital.

    As part of this sessions we undertake a diagnostic of your current state of readiness for impact capital partnerships, resulting in an action plan.

  • The next stage is to identify and prioritise a suite of opportunities for mobilising impact capital aligned to your local policy priorities, resulting in an investment pipeline, with named opportunity owners.

  • We will work with you to test and develop the priority opportunities, empowering your officers and anchor partners to replicate the process independently in future across other policy areas.

    As part of this stage we will identify and introduce appropriate impact investors and other technical experts to support in the development of selected priorities.
