  • Founding partners pay a fixed fee covering the full 18-month programme. We are keeping this first cohort small and pricing it to reflect first-mover access, so the simplest next step is a short conversation about what it would involve for your place.

  • Engagement from your investment team, a pipeline of opportunities worth presenting, and a willingness to host investors when they visit. We do the heavy lifting on investor relationships, packaging and convening.

  • It is patient, purposeful and looking for stable jurisdictions and credible long-term opportunities, which is a strong match for UK regions and university-anchored innovation economies. Very little of it reaches UK regions today, and Europe is already moving to deepen its ties to the region.

  • Real estate and the hard fabric of place: homes, the built environment of innovation districts, lab and grow-on space, infrastructure and energy. This funds the physical growth of an innovation place, rather than research or venture risk.
